The DAB fully supports the Chief Executive in enacting Article 23 of the Basic Law as soon as possible, to discharge the constitutional and legal responsibilities under the Basic Law, improve shortcomings and deficiencies to safeguard national security, and promote economic and social development.
DAB councilors and district associations will actively promote the Article 23 to all sectors in Hong Kong and the international community. We will refute any false claims and ward against external interference. We will stand united with the public to support the enactment of Article 23 of the Basic Law.
